• Submission of this form is not a confirmation of the sponsorship.
• Your submission will be directed to the AWS representative in charge of sponsorships, who will confirm receipt of the request within 2 business days.
• AWS representative you will receive check the partner meets the criteria established for sponsorship. If you meet the criteria and the sponsorship is still available (first-come, first-serve after checking eligibility) you receive an email confirming that the sponsorship has been approved and detailing what “items” have been granted in sponsorship. This email should be received within 4 business days.
• After receiving your consent, the AWS representative will contact you with the agency in charge of contracts and payments. A contract must be signed between the agency and the partner to formalize the sponsorship.
• Sponsorship payments will be done in ARS (Argentine pesos). Invoices will be sent out once the contract is fully signed.
• Booth design, speaking sessions contents and activations will be discussed with the AWS team once the contract has been signed.

• Partner Interactive Demos and Executive Lunch Priority: Priority for Gold & Silver Stand Sponsors until February 7, 2025. Will open to other partners if still available on February 8, 2025
• Partners that are interested on these items but don’t purchase a stand sponsorship will be emailed with an announcement that these Additional Sponsorships have been released–if available- at the mentioned dates. Partners can answer to that notification email to purchase the sponsorship, which will again be handled on a first-come, first-serve base.
